NETS/Bambora Recurring

1st transaction is paid as normal. 2->n transactions are automatically paid, without any user interaction.
The flow is:

1. Post first pretransaction.
2. User pays as normal, but included is a user consent for recurring.
3. GET pretransaction to receive the recurringId
4. Post 2nd transaction (which is automatically paid)  

Enable recurring/post first transaction

User payes (recurring concent)

Get transaction

• Retrieve the recurringid

Post 2nd transaction

• Add recurringId when posting subsequent transactions.
• It is not necessary to specify EnableRecurring when RecurringId is used.
• There is no sms sent to the user for the 2nd recurring transaction.
