LinkMobility have(used to have) a SDK package for java, but unlike the c# version (which is in nuget), this does not exist in any package management system.
This client is now a bit outdated, and is probably best viewed as a code example client.
So request this from your contact at Link Mobility, if you want to have a look at it.
